new cam ... which one?

  • Drinking: canada dry ... cuz that's what i want tomorro
so ... well ... i've been back from europe for a while now (and i'm definetly ready to head back at this point ... damn ... i want to go back to barcelona ='( ) ... but other than that ... i've been busy ... beetle probing (which means i get to walk through snow that is up to my hips mostly for the entire day ... up and down mountains ... like today for instance ... went up something endearingly called "Hamburger Hill" by a crew 2 years ago ... sadly there was no bbq waiting at the top ... but ... enough about my complaining i mean ... it's a fun job ... and the crews are wicked ... i mean ... where else do you get to rag doll down a cliff? :D ... but ne ways

so ... yeah ... i've been trying to catch up with things ... almost done my correspondence course ... been practicing my doodles ... and i need to buy a camera ... so ... the question is ... olympus e-volt e 510 ... or canon rebel xti ? ... see ... i'd like to have two lenses (just cuz i'm spoiled like that) ... so ... any recommendations ... my last cam ... which got stolen in paris ... along with all my other cam equip ... was an evolt e 500 ... my loverly ... eve ...

tonight at 7 ... listened to my friend's yesterday while i was working and i'm much less worried about it now ... just need to remember to go with the flow and be slow when speaking ... but at 8~ish tonight ... much happiness shall be on my part :D

it went pretty smooth ... a bit long maybe ... but everyone stayed at the end of it for the ask questions part ... only thing is ... half the questions were to do with the structure of the earth, which really had very little to do with the talk ... but ... w/e
